What is Dr. Ambedkar Awas Scheme?
Under Dr. Ambedkar Awas Scheme, Scheduled Caste people living in Gujarat are given assistance of Rs.1,20,00 to build houses. This amount (Rs) is paid in a total of three weeks. A good house can be built with this amount. Also the house has been provided for free. The benefit of this Aavas Yojana is given to the cleaning workers and those who have kutcha houses.
Objective of the Ambedkar Awas Yojana scheme
Dr Ambedkar Awas yojana Gujarat list : The aim is to provide houses in a phased manner as a time bound program to the Scheduled Caste people having poor economic condition and especially to the homeless people living below the poverty line.
Also, people having houses and open plots are given a total assistance of Rs.1,20,000/- by the government to construct a house. This assistance is paid in a total of 3 weeks. In this scheme, the first week is Rs 40,000/- and the second week is Rs 60,000/- Also, Rs 20,000/- is given in the third week. A total of Rs 1,20,000/- is given.
Who can take benefit of Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana Gujarat ?
To avail the benefits of Ambedkar Awas Scheme, one must have certain eligibility which are as follows:
- The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.
- Only people belonging to Scheduled Caste and having poor economic condition can avail the benefit of this yojana.
- The age of the Candidate must be at least 21 years.
- Annual income in rural areas should not exceed Rs.600,000 and annual income in urban areas should not exceed Rs.600,000.
- The applicant will have to write name and personal Details in the application as per his/her certificates.
- After the application is online, the Candidate will have to submit two copies of the application to the District Panchayat.
- If the beneficiary has already availed the benefit of this type of Yojana then the application will be rejected.
- When the house is completely constructed, it will be mandatory to put the plaque of Dr. Ambedkar Awas Scheme on it.
- After receiving the second week of housing assistance, the beneficiary will have to Accurate the housing work within a year.

- After that click Here on “New Registration” to create a new account.
- All the Details has to be filled and submitted.
- After that, ID and password will come in your mobile and you will have to login with it.
- After login, all the Yojana will open, among them you will have to click Here on Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana.
- After that all your Details will have to be filled.
- After filling the Details, documents will have to be uploaded.
- After uploading the All documents, the application will have to be saved last.
- After saving the Form, the Form has to be submitted.
