In addition to the resolution( 1) of the State Government considering SDRF on philanthropic grounds, provision of backing in “ special cases ” from the State budget was under consideration. Regarding which the Government has decided to decide as follows at the end of mature consideration.

ResolutionNo. 1 of the Revenue Department lays down morals for payment of diurnal cash backing( CashDolls) to people affected by natural disasters.
After resolution of preface- 2, instructions to pay all backing under SDRF/ NDRF to the affected devisee through DBT( Direct Benefit Transfer) or PFMS( Public Fund Management System) into the bank account are in effect. But, in the current script, banking deals will be delicate in the affected areas.

Rupee.2,500/- as clothing assistance & 2,500/- Rupee as household assistance per family as per SDRF norms in the districts affected by Cyclone Biporjoy and heavy rain I.e. total 5,000/- Rupee and Rs.2000/- from the state government budget is decided to pay a total of .7,000/- Rupee (per family) as clothing and household assistance.
- An assistance of Rs.1,20,000/- from SDRF for residential raw/paved houses totally destroyed or severely damaged.
- In case of partially damaged residential raw/paved houses,
- 6,500/- Rupee from SDRF and 8,500/- Rupee from State Government budget for a total of 15,000/- Rupee in case of partially damaged concrete house (available only if there is at least 15% damage).
- In case of partially damaged green house (available only if there is at least 15% damage) 4,000/- Rupee from SDRF and 6,000/- Rupee from the State Government budget for a total assistance of 10,000/-.Rupee
- Totally destroyed or partially damaged shacks received assistance of 8,000/- Rupee from SDRF and 2,000/- Rupee from the State Government budget for a total of 10,000/-. Rupee
- 3,000/- Rupee from SDRF and 2,000/- Rupee from State Government budget Totaling 5,000/- Rupee for damage to cattle shed associated with the house.

Conditions Relating to entering Cyclone Loss Assistance બિપોરજોય (આફત) વાવઝોડાની નુકશાન સહાય માળવા લગતી શરતોની માહિતી
- In cases where it's mentioned from the budget of the State Govt, the expenditure will have to be met from the finances of the State Government.
- The morals and procedures of the State Disaster Response Fund will be as per the guidelines read by the Govt. of India.
- Expenditure incurred from State Government finances will have to be met independently.
- The vittles of this resolution will apply as a "special case" to the sections in the area affected by Cyclone Biporjoy in June - 2023.
- In respect of forced structure which has to follow the policy rules of that department and this has to be considered as backing only. This backing doesn't confer any kind of legality.
- This resolution is issued as per the blessing entered vide Government's note dated 19/06/2023 on the same train.
