This scholarship scheme is obtainable by ONGC Foundation for OBC / SC / ST and general class students. that application has been called online. for college kids pursuing professional courses in MBBS, MBA, Geology, Bachelor, Engineering, and academic degree courses in Geophysics, Rs. 5,000 scholarships are available. For female students during which 50% scholarship is reserved. Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab are the states falling under the North Zone.

States falling under the West Zone

Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Dadar, Diu-Daman, Goa, Madhya Pradesh and Nagar Haveli are all states falling under the West Zone.

States falling under the North-East Zone

Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Manipur and Tripura are the states falling under the North-East Zone.

Eligibility Criteria for ONGC Scholarship

Nationality: Indian

Category of scholars 

SC / ST/OBGeneral

Educational Qualification

Applicants must study as a full time student.

First year of engineering

MBBS course and first year of MBA

Master in Geology is required.

State Board of Education / Central Uni. / Central Government Institution / AICTE to Geophysics / UGC / MCI / State University.

Exam qualifying details

Engineering and MBBS program - a minimum of 60% marks in 12th standard

MBA / Master in Geology / Geophysics - 6.0 CGPA / OGPA with a minimum of 60% marks in graduation or 10 points scale of grading system

Total annual family income

SC / ST Applicant: Annual income but 4.5 lakh OBC / General Applicants: People with an annual income of but Rs 2 lakh

What will be the age limit?

The regulation may be a maximum of 30 years until 1st July 2020.
